Licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio, Clay has built his career around helping clients navigate residential and commercial real estate with knowledgeable, straightforward guidance.

Clay co-founded Horan Rosenhagen Real Estate in 2016 with a vision of creating a different kind of real estate company—one that combines the resources and professionalism clients expect from a larger brokerage with the personal service, accessibility, and local expertise of an independent firm. Since then, the company has grown into a team of experienced real estate professionals serving buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout the region.

With deep roots in Northern Kentucky, Clay brings an extensive understanding of the local communities and the Greater Cincinnati real estate market. His experience extends beyond traditional residential sales and includes investment properties, multi-family real estate, commercial transactions, property management, renovations, and real estate development. This broad background gives him a practical perspective when helping clients evaluate properties, negotiate transactions, and make long-term real estate decisions.

As Principal Broker, Clay remains actively involved in real estate transactions while overseeing the brokerage and supporting its agents.
